Ayla Ziz is a Customer Marketing Director at The Coca-Cola Company focusing on away from home European based customers with a global scope. She started her career at Mars Inc. in various positions in sales and marketing in France and then across Asia before moving to Colgate Palmolive with consumer marketing roles for Europe. Ayla joined the Coca-Cola Company in 1999 and had increasing responsibilities across different roles in communication, packaging innovation, channel strategies, consumer and customer marketing in Europe and the US.

She holds an MBA from EM-Lyon business school and a Masters degree in applied maths from Dauphine University in Paris, France. She lives with her husband and three children between Paris and London.
